A Legal Disclaimer (Terms and Conditions)

By engaging with DIEU (Development Innovation Ethics United) and making payments against invoice-based services, you agree to our terms and conditions. All services—whether educational, research, consultancy, or documentation—are delivered as per a predefined scope mutually agreed upon in advance. DIEU reserves the right to accept, modify, or decline any project based on technical feasibility, ethical standards, or resource availability. Any necessary adjustments or delays in service delivery will be communicated transparently and agreed upon with the client.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Our services are governed by customized agreements and project-specific terms and conditions. Given the knowledge-intensive and tailored nature of our offerings, provisions for cancellation and refunds are limited. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment. After this period, cancellation will only be considered if the project work has not yet commenced.

Refunds are not applicable once the assigned project—whether it pertains to consultancy, training, research, or digital support—has begun. All agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan for any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this agreement. Furthermore, each party waives any objection to the venue of such proceedings in these courts.

Shipping Policy (Not Applicable)

DIEU does not deal in physical goods or product shipments. All our offerings are service-based—such as virtual training, strategic advisory, data analysis, and scientific documentation—and are delivered digitally or through direct professional engagement. Therefore, a shipping policy is not applicable to our operations.
